Our patented hooks were engineered to fit the loops, grommets, and bars on most of the stuff everybody uses. This makes them easily adaptable to multiple tasks. |

When you need to attach to something that’s too large (See Video: The LYNX Hooks LOOP".) or weird-shaped for a hook, run one LYNX Hook through the loop between the strap and the opposite hook for an absolutely secure connection. That way, you can even link to things like trees and fence posts. |
The exacting tolerances of the hooks’ design means they click securely together — you can feel and hear them lock — yet they’ll obediently come apart when (and only when) you tell them to, by pinching the pair in just the right place. This face-to-face connection lets you join two or more straps together in a line, to make a unified strap that's as long as the job requires. |
You’ll get that same reassuring click if you interlock the hooks another way: front-to-back. That way, you can create clusters of hooks that turn LYNX into an impromptu cargo net that you can build right on your cargo. |

The patented straps themselves are custom made for us by Rok™ Straps, of premium solid rubber, protected in a jacket of the highest quality weather-resistant woven polyester, attached to the same top quality grade of polyester in a non-stretchy webbing. High quality polyester is more expensive than nylon, but it’s worth it because it’s weather-resistant, which means the straps will last longer than old-fashioned bungee cords, even when neglected and left out in the elements. The hybrid construction also means the webbing holds firm while the stout stretch of the rubber absorbs shock and keeps the webbing from jogging loose. |
The adjustment buckle built into the webbing allows a maximum length of 45 inches per strap, which can be adjusted all the way down to 19 inches and any length in between. |

The buckle includes a quick release, for easy access to your gear without having to unstrap everything. It also allows you to loosen the tension so unhooking is easier and safer. |
